Cheese Cutting Shift

Cutting, packaging and labeling cheeses.

Service Description

For working members trained in cheese cutting. All working members are asked to wear clean clothes, are required to wash hands before starting their shift, after using the bathroom or whenever they become soiled, and practice safe food handling in accordance with applicable health codes and Co-op policies. Clean aprons and hats are provided.
