Special Orders at the Co-op
What is the Special Order Program?
The Co-op's special order program is designed to make more products available to more people--we don't have a lot of space in the store, so this allows us to accommodate those who want to buy in greater quantities (bulk), or to obtain products we have elected not to carry.
Do I need to be a member to place an order?
Both members and non-members may submit special orders.

Are special orders discounted?
Depending on how you order, you may be eligible for a discount on your special order. If you order a full case, members will receive a 10% discount, in addition to any member discount applied at the register. Non-members receive a 5% case discount.

Do I have to order in bulk?
You may order individual items, however these are not eligible for any case discounts. In addition, if your individual item is only sold to us by the case, we may not be able to obtain it for you, as the store would then be responsible for selling the remainder of the case. We will do our best for you!

How do I begin a special order?
If you would like to place an order, please fill out the form below. Within a few days, you will be sent pricing, availability, and approximate delivery times. At that time you will be asked to place or cancel your order. Once placed, your order is final.

What happens next?
We will do our best to find the product you want at a price that works for you! Then we will reach out to you with the information we have. Obtaining your order can sometimes take a bit of time--some of our vendors require a minimum purchase, and if we only order occasionally from them timing is everything. Please let us know if you need your order by a specific date. We will do our best for you.
